One man is fighting for life and more than a dozen people were treated for injuries following a possible explosion at a residential address in Melbourne.
Emergency services converged on a residence along Development Boulevard in Mill Park late on Sunday night following reports of a fire.
A man sustained life-threatening injuries and 10 other people were hospitalised, with reports suggesting those injured were in attendance at a party involving close to 100 people.
Eight of the injured were rushed to the Alfred Hospital and another three were transported to the Northern Hospital.
Four other people at the scene were treated but did not require any further care.
On Monday, one man was still in a critical condition, while two others were in a serious condition.
One woman was discharged from Alfred Hospital.
Police do not believe the incident is suspicious and investigations remain ongoing.
