Hamza Ali Abbasi recently took to his Instagram Story to express his pride and joy at his wife Naimal Khawar’s most recent achievement. One of Naimal’s oil paintings was featured in the latest issue of The Telegraph’s Artists & Illustrators magazine, which is UK’s best-selling magazine for art lovers. 

The painting was accompanied by an essay written by the former actor, explaining why that particular piece of art was important to her and what it represented.

 Naimal posted screenshots from the magazine in a carousel post on Instagram, showing her work and her picture published alongside other talented artists, writing, “Honoured for my work to be featured in this month’s Artists & Illustrators magazine UK alongside some of the most incredible artists of our time”. 

She shared her post on her Instagram Story, which Hamza then reposted and wrote: “OMG…I was so eagerly waiting for this for an entire month and, finally, here it is. So, so proud of you, Naimal Khawar.” The actor-turned-artist then reposted Hamza’s story and lovingly called him her ‘biggest cheerleader’.  

Hamza and Naimal tied the knot in 2019 and the two recently celebrated their four-year wedding anniversary on August 25, 2023. The couple were blessed with a beautiful baby boy, Mustafa, in July of 2020. Post-marriage, Naimal quit acting to focus more on her career as an artist. Her Instagram account carries proof of her both as an artist and a fashion model as she often works with clothing brands on their campaigns, despite having taken a step back from the limelight.
