Saudi Pakistan Joint Business Council Chairman Prince Mansour bin Muhammad Al Saud has expressed strong interest in investing in Pakistan’s motorway projects during a meeting with Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan, according to a statement issued on Friday..

The minister extended an official invitation to the Saudi Business Council to invest in the country’s expanding infrastructure, specifically highlighting the M6 Sukkur-Hyderabad, M10 Karachi Port and M13 Kharian-Rawalpindi motorway projects.

Khan said these routes are highly viable, commercially lucrative and represent prime investment opportunities for the Saudi business community.

In response, Prince Mansour affirmed that the council is well-positioned to collaborate extensively in Pakistan’s communications and infrastructure sectors.

Khan assured the delegation that Saudi investors would be provided with highly viable and profitable investment models, noting that the country’s expanding road network plays a pivotal role in boosting regional trade.

He reiterated that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia share long-standing, deep-rooted fraternal ties, adding that every Pakistani shares a profound bond with the kingdom.

Prince Mansour assured the minister of full cooperation and expressed great optimism regarding the outcomes of his visit to Pakistan.
