Gold prices rise in local, international markets | The Express Tribune

On the first business day of the week, the price of gold per tola surged by Rs3,900

On Monday, the price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market increased by $39, reaching a new global price of $4,532 per ounce.

Under the influence of the global market, local markets also saw a substantial rise in gold prices.

Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams locally also rose by Rs3,343, reaching Rs408,060.

On the other hand, the price of silver per ounce in the global market also increased, with the new price reaching $70.40 per ounce.

In local markets, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs70, reaching Rs7,524 per tola, while per 10 grams of silver went up by Rs60, reaching Rs6,450.
