Footy legend Damien Medwin has died following a fatal crash in Tasmania’s north.
The football great played for eight different clubs and had stints in NSW and the NT, but was most recently a player and assistant coach for the Circular Head Football Club.
Medwin’s body was found in a car submerged in water in the state’s north west on Sunday.
He is survived by his wife and three children.
