Bec Hewitt has opened up with a shock admission about her husband in a resurfaced interview.
Often referred to as the Down Under Posh and Becks, the pair have been rock solid since getting together in 2005.

But it’s long before then that the pair first crossed paths and it was in an interview, that’s begun doing the rounds again, where Bec dropped the truth bomb.
The pair first met during a charity tennis match for the Starlight Children’s Foundation in 1999 when Bec was only 16 while Lleyton was 18.
It was after this first meeting that Bec admitted she knew next to nothing about her future husband and father of her three children.
“I never followed any sport whatsoever. As for knowing Lleyton, I’d never seen him in his tennis-form, I never saw what he was like on the court,” she said.
“I’d only met him back when we played the Starlight Cup, so I’d only known him as the nice young guy that he was.”
She also admitted that thankfully her tennis skills weren’t a determining factor in the two eventually getting together.
“I couldn’t play tennis, so it was quite comical. I didn’t impress him with my game, he just thought it was really admirable that I gave it a go,” she said.
While the pair were dating other people during that first meeting, it was in 2005 when they began dating.
The whirlwind romance hit the ground running as they got engaged after only six weeks of dating, got married in 2005 and announced they were expecting their first daughter, Mia, all in the same year.
When they first got together they were two of the biggest stars on the market with Lleyton reaching the Australian Open final that year.
Bec had made a name for herself as a rising star on Home and Away while also having won the 2004 season of Dancing with the Stars.
Since then they’ve had three children, Mia, Cruz and Ava, while the family followed Lleyton around the globe throughout his tennis career.
The excitement around their relationship was like a circus and Bec went from actor to WAG and was spotted supporting Lleyton at his games.
Her fashion became half the fun of watching the Tennis.
She embraced mid-2000s fashion with vigour and was often wearing trucker hats, tank tops and oversized sunglasses.
These days, the couple are very low-key and private and likely busy raising their three children, but in 2022, when Hewitt was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame, the Grand Slam winner quickly praised his wife for all her support.
“I’m so fortunate to have you, Bec. You are the most hands-on mum ever and the best wife and have always supported me with everything. I’m so proud of the three kids and how they’ve grown up, and so much of that is due to you,” he said.
