But it appears to have been done so badly that Instagram sleuths say they can see the bends and warps in the background where the images look to have been altered.

“Whoever Photoshopped this should be fired,” said one. “Look at how long her arms are.”

“I really wanna (sic) see how she looks without the filters and editing,” said another.

Yet supporters of Shashaeile have hit back saying she is a paragon of “natural beauty”.

The influencer has 290,000 followers on Instagram. Her profile says she is a “private investigator”.

But she gives no insight to her PI skills online. Rather, she uses the social media platform chiefly to spruik a range of relatively modestly priced fashion items including cardigans, shoes and bags.

Many of her images are shots of her wearing the garb. But social media users could be forgiven for not paying attention to the clothes.

Their eyes may be drawn instead to her small head in proportion to the rest of her body, her preposterously long arms and hands, tiny waist and wide hips.

And there are hints in the comments about how the look has been achieved.

“The way nature warps around you is so cool,” said one.

“Curvy queen (the walls I mean).”

For instance, in shots taken in a restaurant a distinct bending can be seen in the tiles close to Shashaeile.

In one image in a supermarket, if you glance close to the Korean’s pinched waist, you may see what appears to be a pinch in the flooring as well.

While in a snap of Shashaeile relaxing in a pool, both the water and the skyline behind here appear to warp exactly where her large pointy shoulder juts out from her perplexingly petite head.

“Beauty that warps reality,” was one sarcastic comment.

“So powerful she warps atoms”.

“How are people falling for this? LOL this Photoshop is terrible”.

Yet others have come to Shashaeile’s defence insisting the beauty is all “natural”.

“No surgery, no filters, just inner beauty,” said one.

“Queen of natural beauty,” said another.

Other accused those highlighting what they claim as digital discrepancies as being “haters”.

Then there was this missive: “Seeing your posts has a positive impact on my self-perception, as they serve as a reminder of genuine natural beauty, allowing me to appreciate and embrace my own self-image more confidently. Your posts help me recognise the authenticity and beauty that exists within everyone.”

Which surely has to be satire.

Even if the images aren’t digitally altered, it’s very possible Shashaeile has had plastic surgery.

South Korea is a world leader in cosmetic surgery which is a relatively regular procedure in the nation, even for younger people.

Around 25 per cent of all the world’s cosmetic surgeries occur in South Korea and one in five Korean women has gone under the knife.

Not that the current furore over her images will bother Shashaeile. All it’s doing is bringing more attention to her online fashion business.
