Repco Home Finance loan book grows 8.9% in Q1; net profit rises to ₹114 crore

Repco Home Finance reported an 8.9% year-on-year growth in its loan book to ₹15,990 crore as of June 30, 2026, while net profit for the first quarter of FY27 increased to ₹114 crore from ₹108 crore a year earlier.

Total income rose 6.1% year-on-year to ₹468 crore during the quarter, while net interest income increased 10.2% to ₹216 crore, according to a press release.

Loan sanctions grew to ₹938 crore from ₹907 crore in the year-ago period, and disbursements increased to ₹843 crore from ₹829 crore.

Housing loans accounted for 70.8% of the outstanding loan book, while home equity products made up 29.2%. Loans to the non-salaried segment constituted 53.5% of the portfolio, with salaried borrowers accounting for the remaining 46.5%. All loans in the portfolio are retail loans, the release said. 

Asset quality improved, with the gross non-performing asset (GNPA) ratio declining to 2.7% as of June 30, 2026, from 3.3% a year earlier. 

Gross NPAs stood at ₹427 crore, compared with ₹485 crore a year ago. The net NPA ratio remained unchanged at 1.2%, while net NPAs increased to ₹194 crore from ₹171 crore a year earlier.

Repco Home Finance reported a capital adequacy ratio of 36.13% as of June 30, well above the regulatory requirement of 15%. The company operated through 210 branches and 32 satellite centres across 12 states and the Union Territory of Puducherry.
