Infosys posts a 21% jump in Q4 net profit to ₹8,501 crore; company to hire 20,000 freshers in FY27

Infosys, a Bengaluru-based tech firm, has on Thursday (April 23, 2026) reported a close to 21% jump in its fourth quarter net profit at ₹8,501 crore as against ₹7,033 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

In Q4, the company reported a revenue of ₹46,402 crore, a 13.4% growth from ₹40,925 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. For the full year, the company reported revenues of ₹178,650 crore, a 9.6% YoY growth, over last year’s ₹1,62,990 crore. Its FY26 net profit stood ₹29,440 crore, a 10.2% increase over ₹26,713 crore it posted in the same quarter a year ago.
